Refund policy

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Original shoe box must be intact and not damaged.

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used, damaged, or not in original condition.


 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Products without original box

  • Items damaged by customer


 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


 Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange allowed within 7 days (subject to stock availability).

  • Customer may need to pay reverse shipping charges (if applicable).


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video and photos.
